A visit is for setup and faults we can handle at the premises. Screens, micro soldering and data imaging still come back to the bench when that is the right tool. Say you need a visit when you book — we will tell you whether that job is on-site or workshop. No call-out figure is published here.

Remote support is AnyDesk (or similar) on Windows and Mac for software issues — when the machine still boots and you can approve a session.

That covers OS errors, malware cleanup, updates and software faults we can reach over the link. It is not phone hardware repair and it is not a promise that every fault can be fixed without seeing the device.
